Booking Terms & Conditions of Use

  • All tariffs are in Australian Dollars.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all telephone and email bookings with balance to be paid on arrival.
  • Online bookings are subject to total accommodation tariff payable at time of booking with extra charges (eg pets) payable on arrival.
  • Bookings will only be held for seven (7) days without a confirming deposit.
  • All accommodation is fully self contained.
  • Cottages are available from 4.00 pm on day of arrival until 10.00 am on day of departure.
  • Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings:
  • An administrative charge of 10% of deposit for bookings cancelled up to 60 days prior.
  • An administration fee will be charged for handling invalid cards or payments and for any changes made to a confirmed booking.
  • 21-60 days prior to booking-50% of deposit.
  • To be responsible for the cleanliness and behavior of all members of your party.
  • Extra cleaning charges will apply if cottages are left in an unreasonable state.
  • To advise management of your intention to bring any pet/s and to agree to a $40.00 surcharge for each pet payable on arrival.
  • To be responsible for the cleanliness and behavior of all pets in your party and agree to pick up after them.
  • To acknowledge that Glenaire Cottages does not accept puppies.
  • To acknowledge that all pets must be Clean, house trained and well behaved.
  • That all pets are vaccinated and free of pests and fleas.
  • To maintain pets on a lead at all times when on our nature trails.
  • Not to leave pets unattended at any time.
  • To abide by the rules applying to National Parks when visiting property under the control of Parks Victoria.
  • To accept full responsibility for making right any damage caused by any member of your party to property belonging to Glenaire Park and agree to fund the cost of any repairs associated with such damage.
  • To manage waste in bins provided and to separate all recyclable materials.
  • Not to feed wildlife with anything unnatural to their diet.
  • Avoid leaving any scraps or food items in exposed areas where they may entice native animals.
  • Maintain BBQ’s free of food scraps and grease so as not to attract native animals.
  • To manage energy and water wisely. Turn off water, power and lights when not use and report any faults with regard to these facilities.
  • Consume firewood sensibly and never leave an open fire unattended or without a protective screen.
  • To leave your cottage and immediate surrounds clean and tidy or agree to an extra cleaning charge.
  • To accept that all cottage interiors are non smoking zones.
  • That the management are not obliged to offer any refund in the event of any power outage that may occur due to circumstances beyond their control.
  • That all cottages are fully self-contained and guests are responsible for the provision of all personal requirements beyond those listed in our facilities provided.
  • That all tariffs and conditions of use are subject to change without notice.
